Welcome to Pixgen (“we,” “our,” “us”). Pixgen is developed and operated by Bluenezz Studio.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Pixgen mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you create or use a Pixgen account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Google account information used for authentication
• Profile picture, if provided through Google Sign-In
• Selected interests or wallpaper categories
• Information you voluntarily provide to support

Firebase Analytics may process app usage information such as feature interactions, app launches, session information and usage patterns. We use analytics to understand and improve Pixgen.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share or allow access to information when reasonably necessary to operate Pixgen.

• Service providers: Providers supporting authentication, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, advertising, payments, hosting, security and related operations.
• Legal requests: When required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

5Third-Party Services

We do not list a third-party SDK here unless Pixgen actually uses it. If an SDK is added later, this policy should be updated accordingly.

6Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Correction

You may update available profile information in the App and may request information about your personal data by contacting us.

6.2 Account and Data Deletion

Where available, you can initiate deletion from Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot access the App, email pixgenai.bluenezzstudio@gmail.com with the email address associated with your Pixgen account.

Subject to legal or legitimate retention requirements, deletion may remove account-associated profile data, interests, favorites, saved/download history, wallet balance and access to account-associated content.

6.3 Notifications

You can disable Pixgen notifications through your Android device’s notification settings.

6.4 Advertising Preferences

Advertising personalization may be controlled through the relevant Google and Android settings available on your device and in your region.

7Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

• Encrypted transmission using HTTPS/TLS where supported
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Server security controls, monitoring and logging
• Reasonable safeguards for stored information

No Internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8Children’s Privacy

Pixgen is not intended for children under 13 years of age, unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact pixgenai.bluenezzstudio@gmail.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

Certain content may also be subject to additional age restrictions. Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to them.

9International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our service providers operate.

Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the App, by email, or by updating this page.

The Last Updated date at the top of this policy indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of Pixgen after an update becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Depending on applicability, California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sales/sharing or targeted advertising activities, and receive equal treatment for exercising applicable rights. 11.2 European Economic Area & United Kingdom

Where applicable, privacy laws may provide rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

11.3 Brazil

Where applicable, LGPD may provide rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Requests may be sent to our contact email.

These disclosures apply only to the extent the relevant laws apply to Pixgen and your circumstances.
